Canning Pickles! I looked at quite a few recipes and couldnt decide which recipe to follow. Some were very quick canning processes and some were several days long. I heard the longer the cucumbers have to soak in various mixtures and ice water, the crispier they will be in the end. So I decided to go with a recipe that ended up taking me 3 days. Not 3 days of work, but just 3 days because I let the cucumbers soak overnight in different mixtures! Im pretty happy with the end result though!!
