Ingredients:
2 1/2 - 3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 tbl olive oil
1 cup water
I usually make this right out on the counter, but when the kids are "helping" I use a bowl so I dont end up with pizza dough ingredients all over my counter!

Step 4: Put your dough back into your bowl (or leave it right on the counter) with a damp warm towel over it in a "safe place!" and let it rest for an hour or even as long as overnight...for a nice breakfast pizza or calzone!
Wait until your dough is doubled in size.
Step 6: Bake the crust at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes
Step 7: Get your toppings on! Use your meat mixture or precut onions...whatever you want, thats the beauty of the homemade pizza!
Step 8: Bake at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes...depending on how crispy you want your crust!
